Capstone Strategic Management Project

The objective of this project was to analyze the current operations of Walgreens and provide strategic recommendations for how the company can gain a competitive advantage in the drugstore industry.

My team and I conducted extensive research on the company’s current financial standing and current position in the market to give a recommendation that Walgreens could implement within a 3-5 year period to give Walgreens a sustainable competitive advantage.

Pepsico Sales Management Intern Project

I had the amazing opportunity to intern with PepsiCo for Summer 2019. The project that I was assigned was called the “Red Flags” project. I was given a list of stores that were struggling in terms of sales product performance. My goal was to build brand awareness of Pepsi products, conduct periodic meetings with sales representatives, and effectively sell and execute program sales and initiatives.
